Having held senior managerial positions in luxury properties on four continents throughout Australia, North America, Middle East and Europe, he has immense hospitality knowledge and hands-on experience, covering every facet of the industry from hotel development, feasibility, destination analysis, hotel openings through to daily hotel operations. Mr Angloupas is currently President and Shareholder of Signature Europe, recognized as a leading, innovative, pragmatic and responsive solution-provider for the rapidly changing hospitality environment.
Senior Partner - Head of International Development
Anna-Maria Thomaides is a luxury brand specialist with extensive experience in designing total solutions for international hotel chains and luxury brands. Following her post graduate studies in law and international relations, she specialized in communication and neuro-linguistics with a special focus on the service economy. Well-known throughout Europe for her sophisticated training methodology, she constantly travels to deliver high-impact trainings across the region and to develop the business into new markets.
Client Support Manager
Alexandra Natsi manages all incoming client inquiries and the mystery shopping network and online scoring system. With eighteen years of experience in the industry, she heads the team of coaches who specialize in reservations coaching and performance enhancement.
Director of Finance
Dimitrios Mentis is a certified accountant possessing years of managerial experience in financial analysis, cash flow management and performance reporting. He manages Signature Europe's accounting department overseeing all financial transactions and accounting processes.
Client Relations Manager
Konstantinos holds a BSc in Financial Management & Business Administration and an MSc in Leadership and Management. During his MSc, he served as Vice President of External Relations and Business Needs in AIESEC. In his role as a Europe-wide facilitator, he conducted presentations and motivational trainings to new entrepreneurs on innovation, attitude, argumentation, conflict resolution and problem solving. Konstantinos also served the Indonesian Tourism Board, leading a team of consultants in developing a destination branding strategy. His specialization lies in brand positioning, perception enhancement and image building in the travel and tourism sector.
Director of Revenue Optimization
Christos holds a Swiss Hotel Management Degree and has over 16 years hands-on experience in Hotel Operations together with his training expertise, his specialisation in all related Rooms Dividion and Revenue optimization solutions, places him at the forefront of performance management, development and consulting for the luxury hotel market. In addition to Christos' international experience with leading hotel brands in Europe and middle East he is tri-lingual with a mother tongue command of the French, English and Greek language.
As a Communication Consultant, Adeline's role is to promote excellence in the development of interpersonal verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills by monitoring and guiding our clients’ performance as well as providing coaching sessions whenever it is identified as the appropriate development tool.
Regional Accounts Director, Ukraine and the CIS
Mariia Tkachenko holds a master’s degree in education and has more than five years’ experience as a teacher and coach. She works with Signature Europe’s Russian- and English-speaking clients on training and coaching projects. Mariia also represents Signature’s programs to executives in Russia, Ukraine and beyond. She is based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
CAROL WANG LU
Director of Project Development, Greater China
With more than 18 years of industry experience, Carol has an extensive marketing and sales background, having held senior managerial positions with leading hotel organizations such as Kempinski, Shangri-La and IHG. Seasoned in pre-opening projects, business development initiatives, sales and marketing consulting and master training, Carol’s considerable expertise in the luxury hospitality segment in China makes her the perfect partner to head Signature’s expansion into Greater China. Carol is leading Signature’s growth in the market, responsible for directing all aspects of operations and business performance, including the management of client support, trainings, coaching and mystery shopping projects.
Account Manager, Greater China
Graduated from Xi’an Northwest University, Irene Wan is an experienced Hotel professional. With 17 years Front Office and Training career development in the well-known International Hotel Chains, Shangri-La and Kempinski, she has held managerial positions in luxury properties in China. As a Chinese native, holding the Bachelor Degree of Executive Administration Management, Irene is an assistant to Carol Wang Lu (Director of Project Development, Greater China) and she is responsible for account management as well as delivering client coaching and managing mystery shopping projects. She is based in Xi’an, China.
SCOTT H. LEWIS
Managing Director, Ukraine and the CIS
Scott H. Lewis has a varied background as an author, instructor, coach and speaker. In the USA, he worked with government to develop more conducive small business environment, identified effective programs for vocational and technical colleges, and served as an adjunct college faculty member. Later, he created seminars and trained top corporate executives in Russia, Ukraine and Turkey. Today, he is responsible for developing Signature Europe’s business in former Soviet countries as well as managing client training and coaching projects.
Director of Regional Accounts
Ines Butscher is a Training and Coaching expert, with more than 18 years of experience and expertise in Training and Coaching. Holding an academic degree in economics and hotel industry and having worked in several positions in holiday villages and hotels, she left her position as General Manager in 1997 to start her training career and graduated in systemic consulting. She strongly believes in the development of strengths and potential in employees. For Signature she specializes in Sales- Service- and Team trainings throughout Germany and Europe.
Software & Reporting Analyst
Nicole Laidlaw holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, and has over 10 years’ experience programming the Signature Europe online reporting software. She has a comprehensive understanding of measuring customer experience excellence in multiple industries including hospitality, retail, restaurants, and apartment leasing. Nicole is responsible for managing Signature Europe’s reporting software, which includes providing training and support to Signature Europe clients.
